A small set of useful tools

Everything You Need
to Work With PDF.

Merge, compress, convert, edit, organize and understand your PDF files with simple, fast and privacy-focused tools.

01 Find the right fix. Keep moving.

What this site does

A practical place
for PDF work.

Everything Is PDF turns common document jobs into short, understandable workflows.

The site helps you move from a document problem to a usable file: combine files, fix page order, remove or add pages, convert formats, extract text, create a signature appearance, or prepare a copy to share. Each tool explains the important boundary before you start.

01 / BROWSER-BASED

Local tools first.

Most page editing, image conversion, text extraction, comparison, signing, and OCR run in the browser. Your working file stays with the current workflow instead of becoming a document history.

02 / TEMPORARY SERVER

Only where needed.

Word-to-PDF, Excel-to-PDF, protection, and unlocking use temporary server processing for operations that need it. The file is processed for the requested job and temporary working files are removed.

03 / CLEAR BOUNDARIES

Privacy in plain language.

Privacy depends on the tool, and optional AI actions send bounded extracted text to a configured provider. The Privacy Policy and in-tool notices explain those differences without promising more than the implementation can provide.

Who it is for

Common tasks,
without the detour.

Useful for one-off document work at school, at home, or in a small team.

Everyday document jobs

Merge a packet, remove a blank page, reorder a scanned report, insert a form, rotate a page, add a watermark, or compare two copies before sending one onward.

Working with extracted content

Turn a recognizable table into an Excel workbook, convert a PDF to Word, extract text from a scan, or ask an optional AI workflow to summarize and explain bounded text.

Privacy-aware workflows

Use browser-local tools when you want the file to stay in the current tab. When a conversion or password operation needs temporary server processing, the site identifies that boundary so you can choose an appropriate workflow.

Check the result

PDFs, conversions, OCR, and AI output can have edge cases. Keep your original, open the downloaded copy, and check important names, numbers, tables, signatures, and page breaks before relying on the result.

The point of this place

Documents are work.
The tool should disappear.

A quieter alternative to the “upload everything” approach. Clear steps, useful feedback, and honest edges.

01 / LOCAL FIRST

Your file has a short stay.

Where a tool can run in the browser, it does. We tell you when relevant text is sent to a configured AI provider instead of making a bigger privacy promise.

02 / LESS FRICTION

One screen, one job.

Drop a file, make the small decision, download the result. There are no accounts or project libraries to maintain.

03 / GOOD BOUNDARIES

Useful, not magical.

OCR and AI output can contain mistakes. Important text, tables, translations, and answers should always be checked against the original.

Questions, answered plainly

Before you hand over
a document.

Do I need an account?

No. The tools are designed for one-off work and do not require a sign-in.

Are my files uploaded?

Most PDF workflows and OCR run in the browser. Office conversions use short-lived server processing, and AI tools send only relevant extracted text to the configured AI provider.

Will compression always make a file smaller?

No. PDFs that are already optimized may not shrink. We show the before and after size so you can decide.

Can I work with scanned text?

Yes. OCR PDF recognizes scanned pages locally and lets you download extracted text and a searchable copy. Accuracy depends on scan quality.
