What is Organize PDF?

Organize PDF is a visual page workspace for fixing a document’s structure. It helps when pages are out of order, duplicated, rotated, missing, or need an inserted blank page, image, or page from another PDF.

Fix pages that were scanned or combined in the wrong sequence.
Remove duplicates, rotate pages, or add a blank cover or notes page.

What happens to your file?

Page organization is performed in your browser. The thumbnails and changes are held in the current tab until you download or clear the workflow.

Common problems and solutions

The thumbnail does not appear: Keep the tab open while the PDF renders and try a fresh, readable copy if the preview remains unavailable.
An inserted page is in the wrong place: Choose the insertion gap before adding the blank page, image, or imported PDF pages.
The export looks different: Review page orientation, page count, and inserted content in a PDF viewer; complex PDFs can have layout edge cases.

How to use Organize PDF

Tips and limitations

The organizer creates a new PDF and does not overwrite the source.
Review the page count and orientation after inserting or rotating pages.
Encrypted, malformed, or unusually complex PDFs may not render or export correctly.
