Everything Is PDF does not require an account or maintain a document library. How data is handled depends on the tool you choose. This policy describes the website and services currently used on the site; it is not legal advice.

Browser-local processing

Merge, split, organize, rotate, compress/re-save, image conversion, crop, watermark, metadata, signing, comparison, page deletion, PDF text extraction, local table extraction, and OCR are designed to run in your browser. The working file, page selections, previews, and output remain in the current tab and are cleared when you reset, process another file, refresh, or close the tab.

Temporary server-side processing

Word-to-PDF, Excel-to-PDF, PDF protection, and PDF unlocking use temporary server processing. The file is sent only for the requested operation, processed in an isolated temporary working directory, returned to your browser, and the temporary files are removed after success or failure. Passwords and document contents are not intentionally written to application logs.

Optional AI processing

OCR itself runs locally. If an AI provider is configured and you choose an AI action, the app may send bounded extracted text together with your question or requested task to that provider. The original PDF file is not sent through the AI endpoint. AI features remain unavailable when no provider is configured.

Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage, traffic, and performance. Google Analytics may collect information such as device and browser details, approximate location, pages viewed, interactions, and other usage information. Google processes this information under its own policies and settings.

Google AdSense and advertising

The website uses Google AdSense and related Google advertising services. Google and other third-party advertising providers may use cookies, advertising identifiers, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize advertising where permitted. Advertising may be based on previous visits to this website or other websites.

You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google's advertising settings. You can also manage or clear cookies through your browser settings. Where applicable, consent choices may be presented through Google's consent management platform, and your choices may affect analytics or personalized advertising.

Storage and logs

The app stores your light or dark theme preference in local browser storage. It does not create user accounts or permanently store uploaded documents. Browser storage is not a document history. Server request logs record operational details such as route, status, and timing, not document bodies, passwords, AI prompts, or AI responses.

Your device still matters

Browser extensions, shared devices, malware, local backups, and files saved after download remain outside this app’s control. Use an appropriate device and review the tool-specific privacy notice before processing sensitive material.
